Sustenance, in it's most basic form is food, here is a cumquat tree which provides sustenance. The spirit can also be sustained, for some cumquat jam is a form of sustenance in both food and spirit. For me the sustenance of the spirit can come from the challenge of the new, this is the first time that I have produced an object movie, which I enjoyed producing and satisfaction in the final product.
