Kumamoto Electric Railways Ltd. is a railway where Kumamoto City is connected with Koshi City. It has been reduced from a decrease of the user before though there was a route up to the Kikuchi city in the northern part further. The route is extended from coming off of the Kumamoto City side terminal station from an urban center part to the center part, and there is a plan to improve convenience now. However, the doubt whether lead to an user increase. Whole line will be abolished in 2008 when this plan is not executed. Here is north Kumamoto Station.
