Whilst I sat in my kitchen contemplating what to shoot for the theme of energy I realised that I was surrounded by the many objects that help me consume most energy.

Look around my kitchen and you will see so many different ways in which I can use objects to consume energy. To many of these objects (nearly 30) I have attached HOTSPOTS. If you click on an object with a hotspot, you will open up a little window with more information about the energy implications of that object.

I wish to offer my thanks to two friends who were able to offer me insights into the world of domestic energy usage and conservation, these are Ollie Sykes, the expert composter, and Jackie Strube, the renowned Eco-shed designer.
