Every day people come to this fountain to get some water to drink and to bring home, not only because it's free, but because it's believed that it's a purer water. You can see some bottles of water, some filled, some are being filled. Although it's spring water, chlorine-free, it's not necessarilly better than tap water - but it has his followers.
