This is one of the many water fountains in downtown Bethesda, Maryland, an affluent suburb of Washington, D.C. The open area court is surrounded by a skyline view of some of its downtown buildings including the Bethesda Metro Center complex and the Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel.

While attending the IAPP Summer Solstice meeting in nearby College Park, I visited Bethesda to meet a friend for dinner. Of course I had to show her some panoramas on my Palm OS Treo 650 phone using Kinoma software.
