The movie opens looking at a Peace Sign in the freshly fallen snow in Majors Hill Park Ottawa Canada. In the background we see the Embassy of the United States of America, to the left is Notre Dame Basilica the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Ottawa. Panning right we see the Fairmont Chateau Laurier Hotel next we see Canada's Parliament Buildings the Peace Tower and Library of Parliament will soon glow in red and green Christmas lights (too early to see now) and finally the National Gallery of Canada. This wish for peace is for all the world, but particularly to the soldiers from the United States, United Kingdom, Holland and Canada trying to bring freedom and democracy to Afghanistan. Many of the Canadian soldiers serving in Afghanistan this Christmas are from CFB Petawawa, Ontario about 200 Kms (120 miles) west of where we are standing.
