About the Photographer
Professional photographer who is specialising in Panoramic and Interactive photography since 1998. Travelled to the Antarctic, United States, Kalimantan in Indonesia and Uganda in Africa to make panoramas a.o. for Readers Digest, van der Moolen Brokers, WWF, Greenpeace and National Geographic. Has been on an expedition to Alaska to photograph the consequensis of global warming within the polar circle. And in Uganda to show the reforestration of the Kibale Forest, a place where chimpansees live in the wild. He also sells his work as an artform. Had some group exhibitons with the IVRPA on the Macworld and Photokina in Germany, and solo exhibitions in the Panorama Mesdag Museum, one of the worlds oldest and still remaining painted panoramas and on the Modern Art Market on the Thorbeckeplein in Amsterdam. Currently director of the IVRPA, International Virtual Reality Photographer Association trying to create more awareness for both 360 degrees panoramas and QTVR.
