About the Photographer
Ingemar Bergmark is born in Sweden in 1966, and lives with his wife in South Korea.
He has a background as a Systems Analyst specializing in large-scale databases, where his job led him to work in Sweden, United Kingdom, Italy and Saudi Arabia.
He has had an interest in photography since his early teens, and then preferred to use Kodak Ektachrome color slide film. Today he exclusively uses digital cameras together with image editing software to create his work.
Panorama photography is a passion of his which he picked up in 2005. He is a member of the IVRPA and he contributes regularly to the World Wide Panorama events.
His work has also been selected for display at the following events;
- Sziget Festival 2007, Budapest, Hungary.
- CAe 2007 Symposium, Banff, Canada.
- Photokina 2006 IVRPA Print Exhibition, Cologne, Germany.
