September 23 was my birthday, but we quite often come here to Blue Bar in Porthtowan on the North Cornwall coast for lunch on a Sunday. There's a lot of stuff in this panorama that qualifies as sustenance, for me personally at least. Family and friends, great food, a pint and, through the windows and beyond a short stretch of sand, the Atlantic Ocean and some of the most beautiful coastline anywhere in the World.
