The above is my interpretation of the theme, and what can be more necessary than food?

Here I am making a vegetarian dinner. Rice is being cooked in our rice-cooker on the veranda. All the vegetables will be cut and mixed with the rice, and later seasoned with some soy-sauce and 6-year-old Balsamic Vinegar.

Just in case you're wondering what those wierd-looking things in the bowl are....they're sweet-potatoes!
