Forth Bridges - Edinburgh

The Forth bridges are only a few miles from Edinburgh.

The rail bridge was opened in 1890, used over 54,000 tons of steel, is over 360 feet tall & over 8,250 feet long.

The road bridge was opened in 1964, used over 39,000 tons of steel , is over 500 feet tall & is also over 8,250 feet long.

The viewpoint is located at South Qeensferry.
