This is a quick handheld shot with my new Nikon FC-E9 fisheye lens. It was an inspiration while I was walking around in Besiktas coast, Istanbul.
The Besiktas coast, with cafes, restaurants and the park, is one of the favorite places for sightseeing in Istanbul. It is possible to see people having drinks or dinner as they take in the Bosphorus view or walking straight to the coastline every hour of the day. You can see couples, a family with their kids, friends or just individuals crowded together in this place. Sometimes groups of people get off of the ships arriving from Asia to the Besiktas port. Some of them are in a rush as they go home from their work in the evening, while others are just there to walk around and have a good time.
