Too early and too late at the same time: Each Friday, there's a farmer's market at the "Luitpoldplatz" (Luitpold Square) in my hometown. It's scheduled from 0730 to 1200 on fridays, but by the time i got there, either all the farmers (except for the cheese trailer) already had packed up, or weren't there in the first place. After all, just last weekend the spring arrived and melted the snow around the area. While i set up my camera, the cheese seller was still busy, but by the time i completed the first spin of the panorama, he already had closed his shop and disappeared into the nearby restaurant (the green building to the left of the trailer). So much for "too late", "too early" means that by now (five days later) the winter housing of the fountain is gone and the summer decoration of flag poles around the square are back in place.
