For me the year 2005 was a spectacular and truly panoramic year. I want to use this occasion to review my panoramic journey.

The first moments of 2005 were captured by a panorama at the New Year's Eve party at the church square in Zermatt/Switzerland.

My panoramic journey took me from sunrises nearby lone mountain lakes such as the Riffelsee to sunsets in wild and deserted areas, and even futher along and across impressive glaciers to Switzerland's highest points such as the summits of the Dufourspitze, 4634m (15203 ft) and the world-famous Matterhorn, 4478m (14692 ft).
