The area of Jechon is famous for its beautiful scenery. The Open-Air movie set is located in the east part of Korea, built by KBS (the Korean Broadcasting System), one of the largest television broadcasting companies in the country.

This particular set was built for an historical drama series and comprises a whole village.

The panorama is taken from the observatory, and you can see a glimpse of part of the village on the right-hand side of the lake.
