In the quiet of the African morning, in a small compound in Cololi, The Gambia; a traditional `holy` ritual is being celebrated. In the tranquil sanctuary of the house tattered magazines are leafed through for the 100th time and new issues, send from home, are read carefully again and again. This peaceful morning ceremony, accompanied by a cup of coffee and the occasional puff from a cigarette will not be interupted by the ring of the phone or a knock on the door. For the past 20 years this time of quiet learning and contemplation has brought inner harmony to the life of Mr. Trilk. Let`s share this happiness with him for a moment. All, including cigarette and coffee ... time of day and lighting are real.
