I consider the Denver Zoo to be a sanctuary for both the animals and for myself. The animals, housed in a "man made" sanctuary, are protected from their predators. My sanctuary away from home is tropical fish tanks at the "Tropical Discovery" exhibit hall. My tropical fish tank room at home is my sancturay. Viewing my fish is very relaxing and a good stress reliever. The fish displays at the Denver Zoo serve the same purpose but on a much grander scale.

My panorama shows only a small portion of the annual "Wildlights" holiday lighting display at the zoo. Scattered throughout the grounds are hundreds of animated animal sculptures along with Christmas lights hung from the trees and buildings. The opening scene of the kangaroos is a composite five images. You don't see all the kangaroos pictured at the same time. The images of the kangaroos start from the left side and continue to the right.
