From the roof of my house My original plan for this "Wrinkle Tribute" was make a shoot just when the sun raise behind the mountain on December 22th, in such a way I would had the register of the sun reaching its southernmost position of the year.... but the morning was cloudy.... I did must wait a couple of hours to see the sun shining and make this shoot. Here in Merida we are so close to the equator (near to 8 degrees over) so almost all year is pretty much the same, some days raining some other dry, but there is no big variation in weather conditions. Temperature keep all year around 25 Celsius degrees. Any how I would like to have the register of the sun raising behind the mountain near the December Solstice which marks the beginning of winter in the northern hemisphere, then I would like to repeat this picture from the same site on June 21th, the northern position it can reach over the year. If I can do that I will place both pictures (plus the equinoxes ones) taken from the same site in this page: http://www.merida360.com/wwp/suntravel/suntravel01.html
