Outside the walls of the old city core of Sanaa, in a modern street (Jamal Abdul Nasser), old typical houses and new houses recently built are mixed. The architectural design of the new house is a kind of copy of the old ones, The main differences are: the use of concrete or bricks, the blue color of the iron gates and the advertising signs. But the same spirit seems to be applied to the old and new constructions.
