Northern California - Marin County
			The westernmost tip of the peninsula is Point Reyes itself. Steps lead down the spine of the high rugged headland to the lighthouse. This was an important place for a warning light, located as it is just north of the Golden Gate, and holding the record as the foggiest place in the U.S.
