			Huge car ferries run continuously between Tsawassen, near Vancouver, and Swartz Bay, on Vancouver Island. Victoria, on the island, is the provincial capital. Vancouver, the largest city, is on the mainland. The ferries dock well outside the congested centers of the cities.
